Welcome to Be Smart Tutoring & Homeschool, located at Gathering Church in the Shore Acres neighborhood. We’re a warm, child-centered tutoring and homeschool center where joyful learning and strong academic progress go hand in hand.

HOMESCHOOL
Personalized Learning Plans
Our comprehensive full and part-time homeschooling options alleviate the uncertainties and concerns associated with homeschooling. Join us for 2-4 days during the school year, immersing your child in a dynamic, holistic, and art-driven environment that fosters a love for learning. Our students receive tailored tutoring in reading, writing, and math in small, age-appropriate groups on a daily basis. For part-time attendance (2-3 days), you can opt for a personalized full-time curriculum to use at home or select your preferred home curriculum. Full-time students engage in all their learning within our enriching environment, with the curriculum meticulously designed to match each child's ability level. We follow a non-graded approach, providing regular conferences and feedback, along with inclusive homeschool evaluations as part of our service.
Tuition starts at $7-$14K plus fees. (Fees breakdown- $200 registration, $150 NWEA MAP Testing, and materials, technology, and curriculum fee (one month tuition for the year.)

Tutoring is the perfect way to improve your skills, reduce testing anxiety, and boost your scores. We can remediate or accelerate your child's education. Tutors teach organization, encourage, and mentor during all sessions. Your child will become more confident than ever before. We are experts in delivering IEP accommodations and are reading specialists who remediate children with difficulties with reading and writing. Tutoring is booked every month in 45-90 minute sessions, is a prepaid tuition, and is by appointment only.
August- May M-Th 2:30-6:30
June-July M-TH 10:30-2:30, 3:30-6:30
